The California Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal two-car accident that happened on Monday morning in Berkeley.
The accident occurred on 80 Freeway east of Gilman Street at around 5:15 a.m., November 18.
A disabled black Nissan sedan with its hazard lights was in the fast lane of eastbound 80 Freeway when it was hit by a silver Volkswagen sedan.
