A 57-year-old man is recovering after being hit by a car as he was trying to help another driver who was in a ditch.
“Initial investigation determined that Scott Quist, 57 of Wasilla, was out of his vehicle assisting motorist that was in the ditch when a 2002 green Chevy Trailblazer, driven by Virginia Fagerstrom, 48 of Wasilla, struck Quist,” troopers wrote.
