SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA, (February 29, 2020) - A woman was tragically killed when she was struck by a tractor-trailer on the 5 Freeway in San Juan CapistSan Juan Capistrano on Saturday, February 29th. The crash occurred at about 3:30 a.m. when the unidentified victim stopped her car on the right shoulder of the highway. Sadly, she was struck by the semi-truck when she exited her vehicle. The woman was rushed to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
