SARASOTA, Fla. — Update:
Florida Highway Patrol has identified the people killed in the crash. Joseph Lydic, 50, of Sarasota, was driving the cement truck. Joseph Pontillo, 24, of Sarasota, was driving a Dodge Dakota. Jose Leal, 56, of Cape Coral, was one of the men changing a flat tire. Mario Mendoza, 53, of Cape Coral, is in critical condition. He was the other man changing a tire.
