ST. LUCIE COUNTY — A woman standing next to a vehicle on Interstate 95 was hit and killed early Sunday morning.
The crash happened at 2:45 a.m. on I-95 about a mile south of Okeechobee Road, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Marie Moreno, 67, of Palm City, was standing next to a Toyota Solara that was stopped in the center lane of the interstate.
