OREM, Utah — Two men were transported to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle while changing a tire on I-15 in Orem Friday night.
According to Utah Highway Patrol, a vehicle traveling northbound on I-15 near University Parkway got a flat tire.
Two separate civilians stopped to help that vehicle. One was helping with the tire, and the other was helping to direct traffic.
An additional vehicle stuck the two men who where changing the tire.
Both of those men were taken to a local hospital with possible broken legs and lower back in juries.
UHP says they do not suspect impairment.
