Chambers County, TX – September 25, 2021, a man was killed and Ray Navarro Jr. was injured due to an accident where a tractor-trailer hit them.
Authorities reported that the crash took place at around 4:00 a.m. along I-10 near FM 3180.
In their reports, officials said that 26-year-old Ray Navarro Jr. was in a Hyundai Elantra that was stationary on eastbound I-10. A 43-year-old Houston man was standing outside Navarro’s vehicle. While they were in the road, a tractor-trailer with dual trailers crashed into their vehicles, also hitting the Houston man.
The Houston man sustained fatal injuries while Navarro had reportedly incapacitating injuries. Police did not release additional details about the accident.
