A man was struck by a pickup truck on Pulaski Road in East Northport on Wednesday morning, Suffolk police said. A man was driving a 2020 Dodge pickup truck northbound on Pulaski Road, near North Hill Drive, at about 8:37 a.m., when it struck a man standing near a trailer on the side of the road and the Dodge overturned, police said.
