Oak Hills, CA – January 30, 2022, two people were injured when a passenger vehicle crashed into a tractor-trailer hauling poultry on the 15 Freeway in Oak Hills.
Authorities say the incident happened shortly after 11:00 p.m. on the southbound 15 Freeway. Preliminary investigation suggests only that a Dodge Challenger was traveling south when the driver lost control for unknown reasons and crashed into the rear of a parked 18-wheeler. Both vehicles then caught fire.
A woman in the Dodge suffered a broken leg and was airlifted from the scene. The car’s second occupant received minor injuries. The truck driver was reportedly unhurt.
The crash remains under investigation. No further information is currently available.
