Lewisville, TX – May 24, 2022, Adrian Rominu and another person were injured due to an accident involving a tractor-trailer.
Investigators reported that the crash took place at around 2:00 p.m. along I-35E near Business 121.
Authorities said that 23-year-old Adrian Rominu was in a vehicle which became disabled along the side of the interstate. While outside the vehicle between it and the concrete barrier, a tractor-trailer reportedly going at unsafe speeds somehow hit the disabled vehicle, hitting Rominu in the process.
Rominu reportedly had incapacitating injuries due to the crash. A woman in the disabled vehicle also reportedly had incapacitating injuries. Police say that the disabled vehicle was in a lane of travel, but further information is not available at this time.
