GRAND PRAIRIE, TX, (July 12, 2022) - A 21-year-old woman lost her life on the evening of July 12 as the result of a motor vehicle collision in Grand Prairie.
According to the Grand Prairie Police Department, 21-year-old Keyla Oliva was driving a Toyota passenger car east on Interstate 30. At around 7:40 p.m., her vehicle struck a mattress in the roadway and became disabled. It was subsequently struck by another vehicle.
Oliva was transported to an area hospital where she succumbed to injuries on July 16.
