TULSA, Okla. — OHP is investigating a deadly crash where a sedan hit a semi-truck parked on the shoulder.
OHP says the driver of the sedan was pinned for over two hours until the Kellyville and Sapulpa fire departments could remove them.
Troopers are investigating the cause of the crash.
