HOCKING TOWNSHIP, OH, (April 28, 2023) - Miss Kali Maloney was seriously injured on Friday when the car that she was a passenger in was struck by a tractor-trailer after it crashed on U.S. 33 in Hocking Township.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Maloney, 18, was traveling in a Pontiac G6 that went off the left side of the highway at about 10:08 p.m. and crossed the median, before overturning. The car came to a rest in the right lane of eastbound 33 and was struck by the semi-truck, pushing it into a berm. Maloney was taken to Mount Carmel East for treatment of her injuries.
