HOCKING TOWNSHIP, OH, (April 28, 2023) - Randi Maddix was tragically struck and killed by a tractor-trailer on Friday on eastbound U.S. 33 in Hocking Township.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Maddix, 33, was trying to help the occupants of a car that crashed when she was hit by the semi-truck at about 10:08 p.m. between Ohio 188 and U.S. 22. Sadly, Maddix was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
