HOUSTON — The Katy Freeway reopened heading west after an 18-wheeler hit a stalled vehicle near Kirkwood, according to Houston Transtar.
This happened at 5 a.m. in the westbound, or outbound, lanes.
The big rig ended up on its side following the collision.
The freeway reopened late Wednesday morning.
