21-year-old man killed in tractor-trailer crash on Interstate 81 in Franklin County

ANTRIM TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A 21-year-old man is dead after a crash involving a tractor-trailer on Interstate 81 in Franklin County early Sunday morning, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Emergency crews responded to the deadly collision in the northbound lanes in Antrim Township at 3:30 a.m. The crash scene was between Exit 5, Route 16/Greencastle/Waynesboro, and Exit 10, Route 914/Marion.

Police said Dru Feeley, 21, of Hagerstown, Md., was driving a sedan when he crashed into the back of a tractor-trailer that merged in front of him because of another vehicle stopped on the shoulder.

Feeley was thrown from his car and pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the tractor-trailer was not injured.

This crash happened about six hours after another deadly crash on I-81 in Cumberland County that killed a 19-year-old man.
