Dramatic dashcam video showed the moment two semi-trucks collided on a highway in Jennings, Oklahoma, resulting in a fiery crash on June 28.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), which released the video on July 7, said it was recorded from a semi-truck that had stopped on the south shoulder of the highway.
The driver of the other semi traveling in the same direction had fallen asleep at the wheel and swerved into the stationary semi, OHP said. The semi hit the others diesel tank, it sparked, and caught fire.
“That truck was hauling alcohol, which made it difficult to put out the fire,” OHP wrote.
