The Arizona Department of Public Safety (AZDPS) is asking for public help in locating a semi truck and driver involved in a hit-and-run crash in November.
On January 16, the AZDPS put out a call for help from the public in locating a truck that was involved in an injury crash on November 8, 2024, in southern Arizona.
Officials say that the crash occurred at 9:18 p.m. on November 8 on westbound I-10 near the Avra Valley Road exit (milepost 243) in Marana.
A 72 year old truck driver was on foot outside of his disabled tractor trailer when he was struck by a passing semi truck.
The truck driver sustained severe injuries in the crash.
The second semi truck driver did not stop.
AZDPS says that the suspect vehicle is a white semi truck with damage to the front passenger side.
