CALDWELL COUNTY, MO (December 7, 2025) – Friday morning, a startling truck crash on US 36 and Route J injured 2 people.
The incident happened on US 36 and Route J.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash happened when a Freightliner driven by a 53-year-old Kansas man was stopped in the westbound lane of U.S. 36 at Route J, facing south.
A 27-year-old Hamilton man driving a Chevrolet Cobalt was heading west on 36 when his car hit the truck on the front driver’s side.
Both drivers were taken to Liberty Hospital with serious injuries.
