Disabled Vehicle Struck During Crash in Redbank Township

REDBANK TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A disabled vehicle was struck in a two-vehicle crash on State Route 66 in Redbank Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

The crash occurred at approximately 3:07 p.m. on February 7 along Route 66 in Redbank Township, Clarion County, police reported. Police noted road conditions at the time were snow-covered.

Police said a 2019 Subaru Forester operated by 22-year-old Elizabeth K. Glover, of Strattanville, was disabled along Route 66 when a 2015 Volkwagen Jetta, driven by 19-year-old Kamden L. Kemmer, of Summerville, crested the hill behind Glover’s vehicle.
