TOWN OF MAMARONECK, NY — A trooper is lucky to have escaped serious injury, after being hit by a car during a traffic stop on I-95.
The early morning, chain reaction pileup involved three cars.
The New York State Police say that on Sunday, around 5 a.m., two troopers conducted a traffic stop on the Thruway, in the town of Mamaroneck, on a 2025 Mercedes sedan driven by 52-year-old Siiyer W. Walker, of Connecticut.
