A woman has been identified as the pedestrian who was hit and killed following a major crash on U.S. Highway 67 in Duncanville.
Yolanda Lachelle Garth, 40, died March 29 when she was hit following an accident in Duncanville.
The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of multiple crashes around 7:30 a.m. on southbound U.S. 67 between Danieldale Road and Main Street.
Garth appeared to have gotten out of her car to help someone when she was struck and killed, according to deputies.
As of Sunday, deputies have not provided any updates regarding the crash to The Dallas Morning News.
