SAN ANTONIO - A man has died after being struck by a car following a wreck.
The crash occurred around 2:30 a.m. near Binz Engleman and I-35.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the man was traveling northbound when he lost control of his car and hit a guardrail. He exited the vehicle when he was struck by another car, killing him.
The car fled the scene.
