Rogelio Sanchez Injured in Chain-Reaction Crash on I-14 in Belton, TX
Belton, TX – January 30, 2022, 22-year-old Rogelio Sanchez was injured in a multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 14 in Bell County. Authorities say the incident happened around 2:10 a.m. on I-14 near mile marker 297. Preliminary investigation suggests a Dodge Ram 1500 pickup was headed east on the road followed at a short distance by Sanchez’s Chevy Avalanche, then a Dodge Avenger, a Nissan Sentra, and a Nissan Kicks. Reports say the Ram driver veered into the outside guardrail and then swerved back left, hitting the concrete barrier wall.

SAN JOSE, CA — A 62-year-old man died Thursday night after a multiple-vehicle collision on I-280 in San Jose, according to the California Highway Patrol. CHP issued a Sig-alert, and blocked all northbound lanes of I-280 as well as the off-ramp overnight. The crash was reported at about 11:17 p.m. Thursday on the Saratoga Avenue off-ramp to I-280. CHP Officer Ross Lee told the Mercury News that a 62-year-old Santa Clara man made an “unsafe” turn from the northbound lanes onto the off-ramp, and collided with a Tesla.

By WHIO Staff MIAMI TWP. — Two people were hurt, including one person with serious injuries, after a crash on southbound I-75 between West Carrollton and Miamisburg Wednesday morning, according to state troopers. The crash happened around 6:40 a.m. between the East Dixie Drive and state Route 725 exits. A purple Ford Focus, driven by Donnie Wilson, 31, of Dayton was traveling south behind a truck that was driving slower when he tried to pass the truck on the right shoulder, state troopers said in a media release.

OGDEN — A 3-year-old girl has died from her injuries after a crash that temporarily closed the freeway Wednesday morning. Just before 5 a.m., a series of pile-up crashes happened on Interstate 15 northbound, near 21st Street, in Ogden. The crashes included nine or 10 vehicles that caused multiple injuries and blocked traffic lanes. In one of the more serious crashes, a Hyundai passenger car lost control to the left, hit the center concrete barrier and came to rest facing the wrong way, Utah Highway Patrol troopers said.

One child is dead and seven more are injured after a collision between a stopped car and an oncoming semi truck in Florida on Tuesday afternoon. The accident happened on March 8th at around 2:30 p.m. in Broward County, Florida. According to Local 10 News, a total of nine people were riding in a Nissan sedan when it got a flat tire on Highway 27 near mile marker 47. The Nissan pulled over to the side of the road and called AAA but as they were waiting for assistance, an oncoming semi truck struck the stopped car, smashing the back of the vehicle.

Eastbound lanes of Interstate 84 in Oregon reopened more than six hours after a fatal crash about six miles west of La Grande on Wednesday closed the roadway.
