Karen Jarman Injured in Semi-Truck Accident in Terre Haute, IN
Terre Haute, IN – July 21, 2021, Karen Jarman was injured following an accident where Jarman’s vehicle crashed into a semi-truck along the interstate. Authorities reported that the crash took place late Wednesday along I-70. Police said that a truck pulled over on the side of I-70 due to mechanical issues. The truck reportedly had emergency lights on when a car driven by 55-year-old Karen Jarman hit the back of the semi-truck.

One person was killed Wednesday when a big rig veered off Interstate 10 in Blythe and smashed into two trucks stopped on the shoulder. The crash was reported at 2:14 a.m. on the eastbound I-10, west of Arrowhead Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol. The tractor-trailer drifted off the roadway for unknown reasons and struck Du Maurier Way, 41, from Maricopa, Arizona, who was outside one of the trucks handling mechanical issues, according to the CHP.

CLARK COUNTY — One man is dead after a crash involving three cars on westbound I-70 in Clark County Wednesday evening. Sgt. Ryan May of the Springfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol told News Center 7 that the accident happened around 7:30 p.m. May said a car was stopped in the center lane on westbound I-70 near Mad River Township when a van was unable to swerve out of the way and hit it.

The victim was transported to Regional One Hospital for treatment.

New Albany, MS (July 20, 2021) – A trucking accident in New Albany resulted in the death of an Alabama man on Monday, July 19. The fatal crash reportedly occurred on Interstate 22 near mile marker 71 early that morning at around 5:13 a.m. Reports from the Mississippi Highway Patrol revealed that a 2019 Nissan Kicks was sitting in a vehicle on the westbound side of the highway. It was at that time that the vehicle was struck by an oncoming 1999 International 18-wheeler operated by 56-year-old Lorenzo Burrell of Epes, Alabama.

The Indio Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating a man wanted in connection with a hit-and-run crash that left two people in critical condition. The crash happened Friday, July 16 at approximately 11:48PM, on Monroe Street north of Avenue 51. Police say the driver of a grey Dodge Ram hit two pedestrians and their vehicle while they were changing a flat tire. Both pedestrians were taken to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs in critical condition.

A Lubbock man was killed early Monday morning about a half mile north of New Deal on Interstate 27. Mark Anthony Holmes, 18, died after injuries he sustained after being struck at around 1:40 a.m. by a 2020 International truck driven by Douglas Dewayne Rogers, 64, of Lubbock, according to a news release from the Texas Department of Public Safety. Holmes’ vehicle, a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500, was stopped on the shoulder of the roadway, with the left side tires on the fog line.

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – The North County Police Cooperative is investigating a serious accident involving three vehicles. The crash occurred near the intersection of N. Hanley Road and Madison Avenue in Vinita Park. Witnesses tell FOX 2 it appears one driver stopped on Hanley to help with a vehicle that broke down. A third vehicle then struck those two cars, according to a witness. Police have not confirmed the details of the crash but report three vehicles were involved and two people suffered serious injuries.
