2 Killed, 1 Injured in Truck Accident on I-77 in Mercer County, WV
Mercer County, WV — May 31, 2025, two people were killed and another person was injured in a truck accident at about 2 a.m. on southbound Interstate 77. Authorities said a semi-truck crashed into a car that had been parked near mile marker 5 on the right side of the highway. Two people inside the car were killed in the crash, while a third was seriously injured, according to authorities. Their names have not been made public at this time.

North Zulch, TX (June 2, 2025) – A tragic crash along Highway 21 in North Zulch claimed the life of a 20-year-old Bryan resident on Sunday afternoon. The incident occurred around 4:45 p.m. when Lizabeth Sandoval had pulled over into the center median after her vehicle began experiencing mechanical issues. Medics and fire crews worked to assist those suffering from injuries after the collision. According to Texas DPS, Sandoval was struck from behind by a 2008 Chevy Silverado driven by a distracted motorist.

DIBOLL, TX, (May 30, 2025) - A 40-year-old Maryland man was tragically killed in an accident involving an 18-wheeler Friday afternoon in Angelina County. According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, Nathaniel Jared Yinger was hit by a Kenworth truck tractor transporting passenger cars at about 1 p.m. on U.S. Route 59, east of Diboll. Yinger had exited his vehicle, a Honda Fit, that was stuck in the northbound traffic lanes.

Emeryville, CA (May 28, 2025) – 44-year-old Erich Raley-Vincent of Emeryville was killed in a tragic pedestrian accident on Interstate 80. According to authorities, the tragic incident happened around 10:50 p.m. near the Powell Street off-ramp. Reports say that the 44-year-old Emeryville man died Monday night after multiple vehicles struck him on Interstate 80. The California Highway Patrol reported that Raley-Vincent crashed his BMW sedan into a concrete wall near the Powell Street off-ramp.

Gulf County, FL (May 28, 2025) – A fatal crash involving a pickup truck and a utility bucket truck left a 69-year-old Wewahitchka woman dead and one worker seriously injured on Tuesday afternoon. The collision occurred around 12:35 p.m. at the intersection of State Road 71 and County Road 386, according to Florida Highway Patrol. Preliminary reports indicate that the woman was driving northbound on SR-71 in her pickup when, for reasons still under investigation, she veered off the roadway and crashed into the front end of a bucket line truck stationed on the shoulder.

A man was found dead on Wednesday along I-95 in Northampton County inside a car that authorities suspect crashed days earlier. According to Gaston Fire and Rescue, employees with a billboard company noticed a wreck in and around the woods on I-95 near Gaston. When first responders arrived at the scene, they found a car with “heavy damage” and a man’s body inside. Authorities said they suspect the man was killed in a crash days earlier.

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A young woman died on Interstate 81 Wednesday morning after she lost control in the rain and crashed into a tractor-trailer, according to state police. PennDOT confirmed that around 3 a.m., a car struck the back of a tractor-trailer around mile marker 79.5 in East Hanover Township, which is the exit ramp for the rest area, said. Troopers said the driver of the car, a 21-year-old woman, lost control on the wet road before driving onto the right shoulder and hitting the parked tractor-trailer.

The van hit the truck before being hit by a semi.

It happened just after 9:15 p.m. when investigators say a white sedan rolled to a stop on the eastbound lanes of the East Freeway just before Waco when it became disabled. A driver in an SUV, Sgt. Dallas, with the Houston PD’s Vehicular Crimes Division, said, was able to stop behind the car, but an 18-wheeler was unable to and crashed into the SUV, causing a chain reaction crash.
