Slide off near Emmett leads to three-vehicle wreck, two injuries
BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — One disabled motorist that slid off the roadway Tuesday set in motion an incident that led to three vehicles crashing and two people landing in the hospital. At about 8 a.m., Idaho State Police said one 68-year-old driver in a Ford F150 pulled over and backed up on the highway to check on a disabled motorist who had slid off the roadway. A 53-year-old driver in a Chevy Traverse hit the rear of the Ford F150.

Maryland State Police are requesting the public’s help in identifying and locating a vehicle and driver involved in a hit and run crash on I-95 in Howard County Sunday night that critically injured three people. Police said a series of three crashes occurred between approximately 9:15 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on southbound I-95 near Rt. 100. The first crash occurred when a 2020 Nissan Armada struck a deer and traveled onto the left shoulder and struck the guardrail.

Police say a 28-year-old man died after being struck by a car Friday afternoon. NAPERVILLE, IL — A 28-year-old Naperville man was fatally hit by a car while he was changing a flat tire on his car on Naper Boulevard Friday afternoon. Police say the man, whose identity has not been released, was changing his tire south of Plank Road just before 3:30 p.m., when he was struck by a 2008 silver Volkswagen Rabbit driven by a 23-year-old Naperville man.

Detectives believe the 32-year-old woman was driving southbound when she lost control of her vehicle and struck another vehicle that was resting on the shoulder. Police say that vehicle was unoccupied and was there as a result of an earlier crash.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A 30-year-old woman is dead after troopers said she was hit by a tractor-trailer truck. Troopers said the tractor-trailer was driving east on I-4 when the woman ran out in front of the truck.Authorities said the woman from Kissimmee was pronounced dead at the scene.
