St Louis, MO – Two Teens Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-70 at Jennings Station Rd
St. Louis, MO (August 4, 2025) – Two 17-year-old females were injured on Saturday night in a three-vehicle collision on eastbound Interstate 70 near Jennings Station Road, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The crash occurred around 10:00 p.m. and involved a chain of events that began with a disabled vehicle in the roadway. Investigators report that a 2024 Chevrolet Trax, driven by a 17-year-old girl from St. Louis, became disabled in Lane 1 of I-70 East.

FAIRFAX, Va. — A driver is dead after a crash caused their pickup to burst into flames on Interstate 66 in Fairfax County Saturday evening. Virginia State Police are investigating the circumstances of the crash and charges are pending. Robin Lawson, a spokesperson for VSP, said troopers first responded to a crash with injuries around 6 p.m. on I-66 West at Fairfax County Parkway. When troopers got on scene, they found a 1996 Nissan pickup engulfed in flames.

Officials indicate that, for as yet unknown reasons, the box truck failed to safely maintain control.

Salado, TX — August 3, 2025, Dallas resident Robert Martin was killed in a truck accident at about 3:25 a.m. on Interstate 35. Authorities said a 2020 Toyota RAV4 was traveling north when it hit a deer, leaving the vehicle disabled in the center lane. A northbound delivery truck knocked the Toyota over the median barrier into the southbound lanes, where it was hit by a 2015 GMC SUV. Toyota driver Robert Martin, 24, of Dallas was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, according to authorities.

According to Louisiana State Police Troop I, the crash occurred shortly after 5:00 p.m. on Sunday (Aug 3), near the interchange with Louisiana Highway 328. Vehicle Struck Parked SUV and Pedestrians Troopers say 66-year-old Cynthia Dinet of Gretna and 68-year-old Elisa Lightell of Maurice were standing near a 2019 Ford Escape that had stopped on the right shoulder of I-10.

A passenger died after crashing into a disabled big rig on Interstate 205 in Tracy Saturday morning, the California Highway Patrol said. The crash happened just after 6 a.m. on eastbound I-205 east of MacArthur Boulevard. The CHP said the driver of the Toyota drove from the first lane and across the second and third lanes toward the right shoulder, where the truck crashed into a disabled big rig. The right side of the Toyota crashed into the left rear of the trailer, and a passenger was ejected from the Toyota and died, the CHP said.

TRACY, Calif. — One person is dead following a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 205 in Tracy Saturday morning. The California Highway Patrol said that around 6:05 a.m., officers responded to a three-vehicle crash on eastbound I-205, just east of MacArthur Drive. The crash involved two tractor-trailer combinations and a Toyota truck, officials said. For unknown reasons, the Toyota drove from one end of the interstate to the other, toward the right-hand shoulder, where a semi-truck was disabled.

Dramatic video obtained by KTLA shows the moment a pickup truck slammed into another truck that had become disabled on the 118 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley overnight. Preliminary information indicates that a dark-colored truck had collided with the center divider while traveling eastbound on the freeway near Reseda Boulevard in the Porter Ranch area shortly before 2 a.m. Saturday. While that truck was stalled in the lanes, another silver truck traveling at full speed collided with it, the video showed.
