Police Investigate Crash on Interstate 270 in St. Louis St. Louis, MO (March 31, 2026) – A three-car crash on Interstate 270 at Highway 367 on Tuesday night left two adults and six children injured. Authorities said the crash began when one vehicle ran out of gas and stopped in a lane of traffic in front of a second car. A third vehicle then struck the second car, which pushed the second vehicle into the first.

A woman has been identified as the pedestrian who was hit and killed following a major crash on U.S. Highway 67 in Duncanville. Yolanda Lachelle Garth, 40, died March 29 when she was hit following an accident in Duncanville. The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of multiple crashes around 7:30 a.m. on southbound U.S. 67 between Danieldale Road and Main Street. Garth appeared to have gotten out of her car to help someone when she was struck and killed, according to deputies.

On Sunday, April 5, at 4:49 a.m., Virginia State Police (VSP) responded to a tractor-trailer crash on I-295 near the Pocahontas Parkway exit in Henrico. The preliminary investigation has indicated that a tractor-trailer, transporting milk, was driving north when it ran off the right side of the road and hit a disabled, unoccupied vehicle on the shoulder.

SUNLAND, LOS ANGELES (KABC) – Two people were killed in a violent crash involving a semitruck and a sedan on the 210 Freeway in the Sunland area on Friday night, authorities said. The collision between a car and a big rig was reported shortly before 10 p.m. on the eastbound 210 near Sunland Boulevard. A preliminary investigation indicated that Hardev Singh, of Manteca, was driving a Freightliner tractor-trailer on the eastbound side of the freeway “when he collided with a Honda Accord that was parked on the right shoulder,” California Highway Patrol wrote in a statement.

ROCK HILL, S.C. — A woman who was killed Friday morning on Interstate 77 in Rock Hill has been identified. Katherine Y. Mendoza Amador, 37, of Rock Hill, had been driving a 2014 Jeep Wrangler that was pulling a trailer, according to the York County Coroner’s office. Authorities say she stepped out of her vehicle just before 10:30 a.m., while it was in the road, because the trailer had become loose near mile marker 82.

Two people were seriously injured following multiple crashes involving tractor-trailers early Friday morning in Saline County, Arkansas. The first crash occurred around 1:30 a.m. when a semitrailer overturned on Interstate 30 westbound, leading to a second 18-wheeler colliding with the overturned truck. Shortly after, another crash took place nearby when a tractor-trailer struck a pickup truck, pushing it into a separate semitrailer. An additional 18-wheeler then hit a semitrailer and overturned, leaving that driver injured.

ST. LOUIS — A woman who was trying to help a stranger who crashed on Interstate 70 Friday morning was struck and killed by another vehicle. According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, Accident Reconstruction investigators were called at about 1:15 a.m. Friday to a pedestrian crash on eastbound I-70 at Union Boulevard. In an update Friday morning, police said a Ford Explorer crashed on the wet highway and came to a stop in the roadway.

A Clifton police officer is recovering after being struck by a vehicle on Route 21 while assisting a disabled vehicle Wednesday night. Clifton Police Lt. Robert Anderson said the incident happened at about 9:38 p.m. on Route 21 near Route 46. The officer was in the area assisting a motorist with a disabled vehicle on the side of the road. Anderson said traffic was slow in the area due to congestion from the broken-down car.

The crash forced troopers to shut down the roadway until around 4 a.m. According to PSP, a tractor trailer suffered a mechanical failure and came to a stop in the center lane around mile marker #39.
